Handling & Returns
Because the U-LUME is a delicate sculptural piece, the wax surface is highly sensitive to marks. To protect the quality of our artisanal stock, we have a strict handling policy:
Handle With Care: The soft wax finish can be scratched by sharp objects or long fingernails. Please handle with clean, soft hands only.
No Returns on Handled Items: Due to the risk of surface damage, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the candle has been removed from its protective wrapping or handled.
Arrival Inspection: Please inspect your candle through the clear packaging. If the candle arrives broken or cracked from transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo for a replacement.
Styling & Safety
Placement: If you choose to light the U-LUME, ensure it is placed on a stable, heat-resistant tray to catch the wax as it melts.

At SnowFlicker Studio, we take great pride in the artisanal quality of our candles.
Because these are delicate, hand-poured sculptural pieces, please take note of our policy:
1. "Change of Mind" Returns (7-Day Cooling Off)
In accordance with the ECT Act, you have 7 days after receiving your candle to request a return if you change your mind.
However:
Condition is Key: The candle must be returned in its original, pristine condition. Because the wax scratches easily, it must be untouched, unlit, and in its original packaging.
Inspection: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the candle is returned with scratches, fingerprints, or any damage caused by handling or poor repacking.
Costs: The customer is responsible for the courier costs and the risk of the return journey.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives broken or has a major manufacturing defect: Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a collection and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items Used or lit candles.
Candles that have been handled without their protective wrap (resulting in scratches). Sale or clearance items.
