Shipping And Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product selected, as each item may have a different preparation and dispatch lead time.

Processing & Lead Times

​​Each product displays its specific lead time on the product page. Estimated preparation times include:

  • Next Day Dispatch

  • 1–3 Working Days

  • 3–5 Working Days

  • 5–7 Working Days

  • 7–10 Working Days

  • 10–15 Working Days

These lead times refer to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order before it is handed over to the courier.

Delivery Time After Dispatch

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service selected.

Orders with Multiple Products

If an order contains multiple items with different lead times, the order will be shipped according to the longest lead time, unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and courier option. All fees are shown before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, peak periods, or unforeseen delays. Public holidays and weekends are not included in working days.
The Black Market is not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.
